If you’re transitioning into a new home and seeking complete cleaning, our Move Out/In add-on is the perfect choice. We do not recommend choosing for Hourly Rate services when moving out, as they often underestimate the amount of cleaning needed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with Hourly Rate services for moving out.
Booking Your End of Lease Clean Made Easy
Just go to our booking page and pick the Home Rate according to the number of bedrooms in your residence, to book our End of Lease Cleaning service in Melbourne. Then, add one of our Move Out/In add-ons to upgrade to our End of Lease clean package. There are two types of add-ons available: Move Out/In (empty) and Move Out/In (furnished).
The Move Out/In (empty) add-on is standard and should be selected for all homes where your items/belongings will be removed before the clean.
The Move Out/In (furnished) add-on is for properties where furniture/belongings will remain. This is typically the case for furnished apartments. Our furnished End of Lease Cleaning package covers much of the same as our standard End of Lease Cleaning (including inside oven and all cabinets), with the addition of cleaning inside your fridge and dusting/wiping down furniture.
What's Included and What to Expect
We’ve streamlined our move-out cleaning services to be as direct as possible. Our End of Lease Cleaning service typically covers all the essentials required by property managers/agents. This includes a comprehensive clean of all general areas, as well as inside all drawers, cabinets, and the oven. If you’d like additional add-ons such as window cleaning or steam cleaning, you can easily add them when booking.
With our bond back guarantee, you can rest assured that all the standard cleaning tasks expected by your agent will be taken care of. This encompasses areas like behind/under previously permanent furniture, high/low skirting boards, ceiling fans, grout in showers, range-hood filters, and even inside the dishwasher.
Please note that our end of lease cleans include spot cleaning for 2-3 major scuff marks per wall only. If you require full wall cleaning, this can be added as an extra ($29/wall). Guidelines for Unfurnished and Furnished Properties
Please be aware that for unfurnished leases, your home must be emptied of all furniture and belongings earlier to the cleaning service. If your home is still furnished during the end of lease clean, your bond back guarantee may be voided. This is due to the potential displacement of dust and dirt during furniture removal, as well as the hindrance furniture may pose to the cleaning process.
If your rental property is furnished, this adds an additional layer of complexity to your move-out cleaning service. Our team may contact you on the day of the service if more time or work is needed beyond our average home rates.
Add-Ons
Our ‘Move Out/In’ add-on already includes ‘Inside Oven’ and ‘Inside All Cabinets/Drawers’ as these are typically necessary. Occasionally, agents may request additional add-ons. If needed, you can include the following Add-Ons:
